Superman Comic
According to a Fox News article , the first comic book ever to introduce Superman is to be auctioned today. Only a hundred copies are known to exist and are estimated at $126K! This #1 edition is expected to go much higher than that.
The guy selling the comic bought it when he was nine years old after begging his father for $0.35... I think this will be a good return on his father's investment. He will finally be able to pay his father back the $0.35 he borrowed as a nine year old.
The dad should charge interest especially given the fact we are in a recession and needs to take every opportunity to take advantage of this crisis. :)
Good luck auctioneers! Happy bidding!
